Today, we proudly stand as the proprietors of Dream Spa Salon, a multi-award-winning haven of beauty and wellness in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our story is characterized by passion, hard work, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence, set against the backdrop of family values and the American dream. Our journey, born from a shared love for beauty, embodies perseverance, dedication, and relentless determination. From the lush fields of Cambodia to the vibrant streets of Cincinnati, Ohio, we are now the proprietors of Dream Spa Salon, a sanctuary of transformation and rejuvenation. In 2014, our journey began when we joined our sister’s salon, Dream Salon & Spa, at the Hyde Park location. Our path was far from easy, testing not only our cosmetology skills but also our determination to succeed. Through every challenge, our immutable commitment to making our customers feel special and confident fueled our progress. Witnessing the joy on their faces as they experienced our services validated every hurdle we overcame. In pursuit of the American dream, we arrived on U.S. soil in 2012, brimming with hope and the determination to make a difference. The path was arduous, as we navigated unfamiliar terrain, facing uncertainty and challenges at every turn. Nevertheless, the support of our sister salon, Dream Salon & Spa, and the surrounding community invigorated our spirits and unveiled the boundless possibilities awaiting us. Our story originates in Cambodia, where we toiled relentlessly on our parents' farm while nurturing dreams of a brighter future. From these modest beginnings, we ventured into entrepreneurship, selling fruits and vegetables with a vision of uplifting spirits. Upon reaching the United States, our dream evolved into a determination to help people look and feel their best, empowering them to excel with confidence. In 2021, after years of unwavering dedication and hard work, our dream materialized with the establishment of Dream Spa Salon. Customer service remains our paramount priority, mirroring the golden rule in treating our clients as we would wish to be treated. Each interaction is founded on genuine human connection, as we care for our guests as if they were family. Amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, we defied the odds and inaugurated a new chapter with the launch of "Dream Spa Salon" in Anderson-Cherry Grove in 2021. Our family expanded, embracing new team members who shared our values and dedication to exceptional service. United by a shared purpose, our team's journey became one of camaraderie and growth. At Dream Spa Salon, we are committed to remaining at the forefront of the industry. Our team consistently seeks skill enhancement through continuous education. After more than eight years at our sister’s salon, Dream Salon & Spa, Hyde Park location, we received the "People Love You on Yelp!" Award from Yelp and the Customer Service Excellence award from CITY BEAT NEWS since 2014. These accolades fortified our resolve, enabling us to expand our reach and open a new location, Dream Spa Salon, in Anderson-Cherry Grove in 2021, despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The team at DREAM constantly travel to continue their education and find ways to improve their craft. After one year in the business, Dream Spa Salon received an award from Yelp! They won the People Love You on Yelp! Award in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Dream Spa Salon also won awards from CityBeat in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 in the top three salons in Cincinnati in 2019 and 2020. These awards gave Sein the courage to bring on additional team members. All new Team members become a part of the family soon after joining Sein’s Team, adopting the goals of providing excellent care and customer service.

Our Policies

Our commitment is to exceed your expectations: If you have questions or concerns, please let us know within 7 days. We will do our best to make it right for you within that time frame free of charge (excluding broken finger nails and regular nail polish). There is no refund after services have been performed.

We guarantee our shellac manicure for up to 2 weeks. If it chips within that time, we will fix it with the same polish free of charge. However, if you request a different color, that is considered a polish change and therefore charges may apply.

Product: If you purchase a product and find that the product is not the right fit for you, please return it within 30 days (with original receipt and at least 80% of the product). We will find something else that works for you or give you a refund.

Cancellation/Late Arrival: Please cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late for your appointment or choose to change/add on services, we will do our best to accommodate based on service provider availability.

Children: Our salon is kid-friendly. However, we also strive to create a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests. If your child becomes disruptive or disrespects the area, we reserve the right to ask you to leave with your child or ask you to make other arrangements at the management’s discretion.

Group Parties: Appointments for three people or more persons require a 20% deposit. We offer 10 % off for parties of six or more people. Discount is not valid with any other offer or package.
